6.23.2021 Covid-19 Revised Mask Policy

LandMark is adjusting its Building Mask Policy aligned with CDC Guidance.

MASK USAGE / COMMON AREAS.

• Vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a mask in common areas of the building. We ask that you remain mindful of your neighbors and continue to social distance where possible.
• Unvaccinated individuals MUST continue to wear a mask and social distance in all building common areas.

MASK USAGE  / ELEVATORS.

• We ask residents to use necessary judgement when riding the elevators.  Avoid riding the elevators with groups to avoid crowding. CONTINUE TO WEAR MASKS IN THE ELEVATOR. Taking the stairs is highly recommended.  Reducing elevator congestion helps your neighbor in need.

The coronavirus outbreak represents an ongoing threat to our physical, psychological, and emotional health. As we continue to monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we would like to update our residents on steps we are taking to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). As your LandMark Community Team, our priority is ensuring that our Team Members and Residents feel linked, heard, respected and most importantly safe. Download our COVID Building Standards currently in-place within our Communities.

Please continue to do your part:

• Wear a face mask or other recommended protective face covering when leaving your home. NOTE: FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED ON PROPERTY.
• Avoid touching surfaces and wear gloves when necessary. Remember to dispose of gloves and wash hands often with soap and water.
• Do not touch your face.
•  If you must leave your apartment, practice social distancing at all times – which means remaining at least 6 feet away from all other people. We highly recommend not entering an elevator when there is someone in it. Please use steps or wait for another elevator.
